Shipping policy
This shipping policy is meant to cover all the possible inquiries regarding how and where we (me I guess, lol), Julianne Pepper, handle shipments.
Shipping Methods
Julianne Pepper's website is hosted by Shopify, which partners with USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and Canada post (via Shippo) for product logistics. Presently, our shipping options are limited to economy class.
Our products typically deliver within 5-7 business days after shipment (orders within the US should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment). If you have any questions or concerns, email us at support@juliannepepper.com.
International orders can take up to 3-8 weeks to move through import destinations and customs (if applicable). Every country has different customs times, and we recommend contacting your local shipping service if you believe your item is being held.
Preorders' shipping times will be determined in the item description.
Customs
You, as the customer, are responsible for paying all customs and import fees, including your local taxes which are unassociated with Julianne Pepper.
For all domestic customers residing in USA territories or overseas USA installments either temporarily or permanently, you are used to verify with your command center or relevant agency regarding the best way to receive your order. We are not responsible in any way if you cannot receive your order in an unauthorized area

Wrong Shipping Information
We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediately regarding a correction to your error. If the order has yet to ship, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. If it has been shipped, please contact the courier immediately to prevent further complications, and inform us of the error at support@juliannepepper.com. We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
If your item is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to customer error, you will be invoiced a resend fee and be bound by the regular processing times. If you choose to receive a refund instead of a reshipment, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund total.
If Your Package was Marked as "Delivered" but You Haven't Received it
Courier deliver vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and, typically, arrives the following day.
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office, UPS Customer Center, or other local post office's customer service. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker and more up to date service. If they have no information, if you filed a claim, or you have any other questions, please contact us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courier in their efforts to locate your package.
